Choosing a service, answered
Which service do I need?
It depends on the movement. GB CDS covers import and export declarations, ENS covers pre-arrival safety and security for Great Britain, ICS2 covers goods entering the EU, NCTS6 covers transit, and GVMS and French ELO cover RoRo road crossings. Many businesses use multiple services together.
Can one account file all of them?
Yes. Every service runs on one Customs Declarations UK account, so your team enters data once and files each declaration type without switching platforms.
How does pricing work?
Pay as you go, with no monthly fee and no minimum volume. Prices are the maximum per declaration: CDS £25, ENS £10, NCTS departure £15 and ICS2 £4. GVMS, French ELO (subject to fair usage) and AI document processing are included free when you file with us.
Do I need a port badge, and can I start straight away?
No port badge is needed for RoRo / GVMS movements or export declarations. For import declarations at inventory-linked ports, badges from Community System Providers (CSPs) are required by the port, and we charge nothing extra for badge usage. Register and you can start filing.
