Customs Declarations UK was founded to make customs clearance simpler for businesses. Our founders have over 20 years of software and SaaS development experience, and they saw early that Brexit would bring new customs challenges for companies trading with the EU.
Built to simplify post-Brexit customs
We launched our platform to simplify post-Brexit customs declarations for importers, exporters, freight forwarders, hauliers and other traders. What began as a response to Brexit-driven changes has grown into an end-to-end customs filing platform serving clients across the UK and beyond. As customs rules change, we keep updating and expanding our services.
From early days to an established platform
We began by helping businesses adjust to new import and export rules. Today we support customers ranging from small enterprises to major logistics providers. Our platform has processed thousands of declarations, and our customer satisfaction is reflected in our Trustpilot reviews.
Our software is integrated with the Community System Providers (CSPs) MCP, CNS and CCS-UK, giving connectivity with ports and HMRC systems. We also worked in close consultation with HMRC during development, so the platform aligns with government requirements. Real-time data validation and secure cloud infrastructure are part of the platform.
